Job Summary
Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials while verifying them against purchase orders and documentation. Safely move and store materials in designated locations using forklifts and other equipment to support issuing, replenishment, and inventory maintenance. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper storage and handling, and uphold safety standards and clean work environments. Collaborate with production, receiving, and inventory teams to execute daily warehouse operations. This role requires two years of warehouse experience, including mandatory forklift certification and previous receiving duties, within a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Surrey, BC.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of previous warehouse experience
- Previous receiving experience
- Forklift operating experience
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and forklifts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physically demanding tasks when required
