Job Summary
Maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs and trip reports, and track DOT requirements. Liaise with internal customer support, coordinate shipments from the warehouse to the plant, and process return goods for private fleet closeouts. Handle various administrative duties including email, phone calls, and daily compliance reports. Prioritize workload and adjust based on supervisor requirements while involving the safety team as needed. Complete miscellaneous reporting and other assigned projects.
