Job Summary
Drive a Boys Town vehicle to pick up and deliver material, large furniture, appliances, and equipment on and off campus. Operate a forklift to load and unload incoming orders, stock merchandise, and pull and pack stock orders. Perform warehouse functions including minor assembly, disassembly, and rearranging offices, classrooms, and homes. Provide customer service for walk-ins, deliveries, and product pickups while conducting par and cycle counts. Cross-train with and provide occasional backup support to the Mail Processing Worker. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure supplies are available. Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record and possess computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience including warehouse and/or delivery
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check
- Ability to drive a 18-foot straight truck or similar vehicle
- Ability to perform warehouse work including shipping and receiving
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate in an articulate manner
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality standards
