Job Summary
Receive, sort, price, and prepare donated clothing and household items for store display or warehouse storage. Operate a baler machine to secure and bind large volumes of clothing, while loading and unloading trucks with heavy objects. Assist in maintaining warehouse neatness, setting up, and breaking down the facility. Ride in a Salvation Army truck to pick up donations, navigate for the driver, and ensure accountability and safety of items in route. Hang clothes on racks and assist customers in the furniture warehouse. Work 28 hours weekly at the Clarksburg Family Store Warehouse in Clarksburg, WV, with a starting pay of $10.00 to $10.18 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience in sorting, receiving, storing, loading, and unloading of materials in a warehouse or store setting
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Valid State Driver's License
