Job Summary
Operate a baler machine to secure, package, and bind large volumes of clothing while loading and unloading trucks with heavy objects. Receive, sort, price, and prepare donated items for store display or discard based on established standards. Assist donors by receiving donations, navigate for the truck driver, and ensure accountability and safety of materials during transport. Hang clothes on racks, maintain warehouse neatness, and support can, coat, and toy drives. Work 28 hours weekly at the Clarksburg Family Store Warehouse in Clarksburg, WV, with a starting pay of $10.00 to $10.18 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience in sorting, receiving, storing, loading, and unloading of materials in a warehouse or store setting
- Valid State Driver's License
- Physical ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Moderate mobility duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis
- Is willing to work with children
