Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage. Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts, record inventory movements in the system, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations. Load and unload materials, keep the work environment clean and safe, and follow all safety procedures to support production needs. This hourly, non-exempt position requires a high school diploma, one year of warehouse experience, and forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
- Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, or Excel)
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Forklift certification
