Unload shipments from suppliers ensuring accuracy and quality, then load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers. Frequently move packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs and operate warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. For the Warehouse Management Trainee role, master all aspects of warehouse operations through an 18-month rotational program covering inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while completing forklift certifications. Earn between $26 and $36 per hour with overtime opportunities available on all shifts. Located at 12885 104th St. Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs
- Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet
- Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
