Warehouse Wave Planner Clerk 1st Shift

Create and maintain daily dock schedules while assisting in supporting facility Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance. Communicate with carriers regarding appointment settings and load status updates, then work closely with the Operations Supervisor to distribute workload evenly by managing the Warehouse Management System down to the floor. Resolve order problems with the inventory department and on-site personnel, and interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates. Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports, performing other duties as required.
