Warehouse Utility LTO

Job Summary
Warehouse Utility LTO will be responsible for supporting pallet loading/unloading, operating a forklift and other PIT equipment, performing daily pallet inspections, relocating pallets to racks, wrapping and securing products, completing pallet and inventory paperwork, disposing of waste and recyclables, maintaining breakroom water stations and cleanliness, and following all safety and rack and dock procedures. The role includes driving trailers, dumping hopper contents, reporting unsafe conditions, and performing other duties as assigned to support Shaw Industries’ warehouse operations. Required competencies include reading/writing communication, ability to operate bailor, trash compactor, floor scrubber, and pallet wrapping equipment, adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and completion of required safety trainings and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to walk and stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate all PIT when needed
- Must be able to mount/dismount lift truck repeatedly
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Must read, write, and communicate effectively
- Must follow safety rules and equipment procedures
- Must complete Lift Truck Operator training program
- Must complete all SAFE and quality training and other job-related training
- Must wear required PPE
