Job Summary

Execute the seamless transfer of the Shipping and Receiving Facility and all associated Government property by developing, maintaining, and implementing a detailed warehouse transition plan aligned with the Transition-In Plan. Oversee the standup of the new facility to ensure compliance with location, physical security, environmental, and OSHA requirements, while coordinating the implementation of Government-approved COTS inventory management software with real-time tracking and ILMS integration. Lead the formal operational handover to the Warehouse Manager, documenting outstanding items, open risks, and lessons learned to ensure full continuity of global IT logistics and fulfillment operations. Requires Top Secret clearance and 5+ years managing warehouse or logistics operations in a Government environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • At least 3 years of experience managing IT asset logistics, including receipt, storage, inventory tracking, and disposition of Government-furnished property
  • At least 3 years of experience leading transition or standup activities for a warehouse or logistics facility
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and managing domestic and international shipments
  • Demonstrated experience using COTS inventory management software and Government property management systems such as ILMS or equivalent
  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Federal IT asset management programs, including coordination with contracting and program offices for procurement and disposition activities
  • Familiarity with DoS logistics and property management regulations, including 5 FAM, 14 FAM, and ILMS
  • Experience managing diplomatic pouch shipments or coordinating logistics for overseas Government facilities
  • Experience developing and implementing facility security plans in compliance with OSHA and Federal physical security standards
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms for tracking hardware and software assets
  • Experience conducting physical inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies in Government property management systems
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Prior experience supporting a DoS, DoD, or other Federal agency warehouse or logistics operation of similar size and complexity
