Warehouse Transcon Agent

Coordinate all work activities relating to processing freight flow, including receiving goods, checking for quantity and damage, and picking, checking, and loading pallets for outgoing freight. Operate forklifts and electric pump trucks to load and unload trucks, perform dangerous goods and lithium checks, and create OSD reports. Ensure all DG, OSD, and unknown shipper freight is properly located while maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to security, compliance, and government regulations. Escalate problems to management as necessary and complete 52 hours of training credit annually. Functions performed primarily on a forklift truck and standing, requiring forklift certification and fluent English skills.
