Job Summary
Deliver MHE training, assessments, and new starter inductions while conducting manual handling sessions and post-incident retraining. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work to support site compliance. Coach and mentor colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards, ensuring accurate training records are maintained. Work Monday to Friday from 06:00am to 14:00pm at a food and drink logistics operation focused on refrigerated supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- experienced Warehouse Trainer
- passion for safety, compliance, and developing people

- RTITB or ITSSAR accredited MHE Instructor qualification
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, health & safety, and training delivery
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and develop people at all levels
- Experience delivering inductions, manual handling training, and operator assessments
Desired Qualifications
- IOSH qualification or working towards one
