Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience
- 2+ years business experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, AIMS (inventory management system), learning management systems
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and to effectively collaborate with others
- Experience delivering training and coordinating training activities in a distribution/industrial environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Adaptability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate training records
