Job Summary
Warehouse Trainer (1st Shift) supports Warehouse Operations by training Associates on picking, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks; maintains inventory accuracy, uses WMS, and enforces SOPs to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, addressing discrepancies, communicating with Supervisors and internal teams, coordinating with outside vendors when needed, and guiding Associates in complex picking and replenishment tasks to maximize efficiency. Qualifications include 2-4 years of experience preferred and a High School diploma or equivalent; role emphasizes training, inventory control, and adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- MHE experience preferred
