Job Summary
Assist in shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. Sort and place materials according to organizational standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Regular tasks include handling and organizing warehouse items, adhering to safety protocols, and performing any additional duties as needed by supervisors. Candidates should be prepared for physical requirements such as lifting 10-50 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items while using appropriate equipment.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of warehouse related experience
- Experience with power tools
- Experience working with pipes/valves/fittings
- Experience in working in shop work, hot work (welding/torch cutting/grinding)
- Experience in Order Picking, Packing, Shipping/Receiving and Inventory
- Excellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
