Warehouse (Temporary)

Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments; process waybills, packing slips, and related paperwork. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders by verifying sales orders and signing packing slips. Load and unload shipments while ensuring proper end-of-shift shutdowns. Assemble, package, label, and scribe products correctly to prevent transit damage. Maintain warehouse organization, equipment functionality, and required supplies. Communicate with couriers, suppliers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to schedule shipments. Report discrepancies, damaged items, or missed deadlines to the Operations Manager and develop NCRs when required. Follow QMS, safety policies, and continuous improvement procedures; assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned. Valid forklift certification and ability to lift medium–heavy loads required.
