Job Summary
Temporary Warehouse role in Barneveld, WI with Vortex Optics’ Small Parcel team. Responsibilities include picking orders with an RF device using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), placing picked orders onto conveyors for the Small Parcel Packing team, moving large order carts and gurneys, packing orders in the WMS, maintaining shipping supplies, assisting the Freight team with order picking and pallet labeling/wrapping, cross-training across areas, and pursuing product knowledge through training and independent study. Maintain safety procedures, perform general warehouse maintenance, and perform additional duties as assigned. Required to collaborate as a team, stay detail-oriented, stay focused, be self-motivated with a positive attitude, thrive in a dynamic environment, lift up to 40 lbs, and have experience with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with potential additional hours and flexibility; start date in late August/early September. This position is based in Barneveld, WI, United States.
