Job Summary
Stage, load, and ship outbound shipments while receiving inbound raw materials and packaging. Unload incoming trucks, prepare materials through labeling and stretchwrapping, and perform final visual checks on outgoing loads. Load trucks and containers using proper configurations and dunnage to prevent damage, then complete required paperwork for each shipment. Maintain good housekeeping, communicate process discrepancies proactively, and suggest improvements. Requires a forklift operator certification, high school diploma, and ability to work overtime and callouts with minimal supervision. Clean criminal background and strong organization skills are necessary.
Required Qualifications

- Qualified forklift operator
- Good math and reading skills
