Job Summary
Warehouse Technician responsible for physical receiving of goods, data entry in SAP ERP, unpacking and locating inventory, placing order requests for replenishments, performing SAP ERP stock movements, conducting inventory cycle counts, handling RMAs with SAP updates, packing parts for shipping with proper labeling, and coordinating with shipping companies. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to learn new skills quickly, proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), good reporting and communication skills, ability to work under deadlines, and adherence to health and safety practices. Responsibilities emphasize data accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely processing of orders, receipts, and shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ERP (SAP is an asset)
- Very good computer literacy and understanding of databases, email, and spreadsheets
- Good verbal and written reporting skills
- Good general fitness (some controlled lifting, standing for periods)
- Ability to learn new skills, technologies, and ideas rapidly
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Language: English (spoken, reading, writing)
- Education: minimum High school
