Job Summary
Stage, ship, and receive parts, equipment, and supplies while stocking parts stores and maintaining inventory accuracy. Enter inventory data into software systems, resolve discrepancies in material quantities and part numbers, and optimize bin locations. Pick and move materials between designated warehouse locations, deliver parts to customer job sites, and safely operate material handling equipment after completing required safety training. Ensure all equipment is inspected and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Maintain a driver's license, possess basic math skills, and be available for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, as required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to perform these basic operations using units of American money and weight measurement, and volume
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to take care of problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to safely operate assigned material handling equipment
- Ability to perform safe material handling techniques
- Ability to complete training as required, including safety training, certification and testing
- Ability to pass additional drug screening (Safety Sensitive Role)
