Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments while maintaining precise inventory records and optimal stock levels. Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment, then coordinate outgoing deliveries to ensure timely arrival at job sites, customers, and company locations. Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment, performing routine inventory counts and audits to uphold accuracy. Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements while supporting overall warehouse and logistics operations. Occasional travel required; company-provided vehicle and travel expenses covered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company standards
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced, field-support environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and operational reporting
- Occasional travel required
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds in a safe and controlled manner
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods while performing daily warehouse and yard activities
- Work effectively both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions
- Highly organized and dependable, with a strong commitment to accuracy and reliability
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
- Safety-conscious mindset with a consistent focus on maintaining a safe work environment

Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, or logistics environments
- Familiarity with mining, drilling, industrial, or construction materials and supplies is highly desirable
