Job Summary
Unload and load trucks, move finished goods from the manufacturing line, and stage raw materials for production. Inspect received items, ensure packaging meets quality standards, and repair as needed. Operate the FIRM and DYNAMICS shipping systems to process documentation, scan materials, and stage outbound shipments. Follow FIFO protocols, complete lift truck inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Ensure zero shipping errors and strictly adhere to safety procedures and MSDS guidelines. Work flexible hours including rotating shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Ability to use a calculator
- Ability to apply basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read and interpret measurement from a ruler, tape measure, or other measuring device in standard and metric systems
- Familiarity with RF Scanner
- Ability to learn and become proficient with FIRM, DYNAMICS, ADP, and other internal database and tracking software
- Must be safety conscious and follow company safety procedures
- Willing and able to work flexible hours including rotating shifts as needed
- Familiar with air and water pollution control technology and federal, state and community regulatory agency workings
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties
- Possess communication skills to relate effectively with people of diverse background
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must have close vision

- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a drug screen
