Job Summary
Track and maintain inventory through regular cycle counting, accurately document RMA requests and replacements, and manage product shipments for internal and external customers. Conduct basic troubleshooting on electronic gaming machines by repairing or replacing malfunctioning components using diagnostic tools. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating box trucks or route trucks
