Job Summary
Receive, count, label, and stock incoming parts and materials. Pick, package, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment. Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information while helping maintain accurate inventory records. Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment, keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards while assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. This Monday–Friday role includes on-the-job training for recent high school graduates or those early in their career. Required Qualifications
- Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work
- Willingness to learn and accept training and feedback
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic reading, counting, and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, forklift, or inventory experience
