Warehouse Technician II - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Follow SOPs and cGMPs to manage receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of raw materials, drugs, and components. Track, document, and control all inventory using the electronic system while selecting items from pick lists for production. Stage materials for dispensing, coordinate freight carrier pickups, and reconcile labeling usage. Perform daily and weekly cleaning, maintain consumable inventories, and identify hazardous materials. Operate a forklift with a clean driving record, wearing appropriate PPE while lifting up to 100 pounds. Work on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm at Alcami, supporting transformative medicines from discovery to commercialization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of general warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of general warehouse practices and procedures
- Knowledge of electronic document systems
- Experience using AX
- Excellent communication skills
- Documentation skills
- Detail orientation
- Organizational skills
- Good basic computing skills
- Ability to operate forklift
- 100% on-site position
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must have distance vision
- Must have close vision
- Must have ability to adjust focus
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Must be able to operate an industrial vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- cGMP or work experience in a regulated environment
- Experience with imports/exports and related documentation
- Experience with cold chain shipping methods
- Prior pharmaceutical or CDMO and hazardous goods experience
- Awareness of cGMP and cGMP warehouse practices and procedures
