Job Summary
Maintain a clean and functional work environment while receiving, tracking, and organizing incoming hardware shipments with accurate inventory records. Utilize the Warehouse Management System, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Suite to support shipping operations and communicate stock levels to the hardware team. Perform hardware builds, functional testing, and configuration checks before deployment, including troubleshooting professional-grade equipment and preparing broken items for supplier shipment. Assist with new equipment setup, moving pallets for storage and deployment, and supporting 3D printing productions through monitoring and filament changes. Assemble specialized kits for on-site installations and upgrades while ensuring rental kits remain organized and clean.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, think analytically and problem solve
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
- Ability to work independently, assess priorities and organize workload with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to regularly lift and move equipment up to 50-60lbs
- Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required
- Willingness to perform any reasonable duties as assigned
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support (up to 7 days per year)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with tools and equipment safely, with awareness of personal and team safety responsibilities
- Experience with Click-up/Google Suite
- Fusion 360 and 3D printing experience
