Job Summary
Track and maintain inventory through regular cycle counting, accurately document RMA requests, and manage product shipments and receipts. Conduct basic troubleshooting on electronic gaming machines by repairing or replacing malfunctioning components using diagnostic tools. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Requires a valid driver's license and experience with box trucks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Experience operating box trucks or route trucks
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL)
