Job Summary
Track and maintain inventory through regular cycle counting and document RMA requests for repairs and replacements. Manage shipment and receipt of products for internal and external customers while operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts. Conduct basic troubleshooting of electronic gaming machines, utilizing diagnostic tools to repair or replace malfunctioning components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This role supports daily warehouse operations and ensures accurate tracking of gaming equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Experience operating box trucks or route trucks
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL)
