Job Summary
Warehouse Technician – Driving operates in a key role that supports patients through daily warehouse operations, including pick/pack/ship, inventory management, equipment prep/maintenance, and driving deliveries to patient homes and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include verifying orders, inspecting and stocking inventory, cleaning, disinfecting, and performing minor repairs on returned equipment; tracking stock levels and expirations; data entry and administrative tasks; loading/unloading and staging deliveries; ensuring timely and safe delivery of respiratory and home medical equipment; educating patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety; conducting basic patient assessments and documenting visits; troubleshooting equipment issues and adhering to HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- One (1) year of experience in warehouse, construction, general labor, military, equipment repair, maintenance or work that is transferrable to the job duties of the role is required
- Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
- Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical/mechanical and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail including problem solving skills
