Job Summary
Warehouse Technician responsible for ordering, receiving, inventorying, staging, and distributing hardware and equipment to field technicians. Maintains accurate asset data and serial numbers, configures and images hardware per specifications, and provides advanced support to deployment teams. Ensures organized warehouse operations, assists with shipping/receiving, and upholds safety policies while supporting project deployments and customer coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or logistics experience
- Experience working with inventory tracking systems and asset management processes
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as required
