Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, tracking, cleaning, testing, and redistributing returned Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) such as data modems, phone modems, and video converters. Uses inventory software to order, receive, and release warehouse products; maintains shipping/receiving documentation; monitors stock levels to ensure timely re-orders; manually loads/unloads truck deliveries and daily pick-ups; operates forklift/pallet jack/hand truck; processes paperwork including billing, purchase orders, sales orders, and equipment transfers; conducts monthly/quarterly inventory checks; collects obsolete units for disposition; collaborates with Local Systems and Corporate to manage CPE inventory and distribution; ensures compliance with company procedures and DOT requirements when applicable. Core qualities include commitment to customers, helpfulness, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Forklift certified preferred
