Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials while picking orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, maintaining legible production and inventory records. Identify and segregate nonconforming materials, perform troubleshooting and rework as needed, and keep work areas clean and organized. Stock and replenish materials across multiple production cells while meeting high accuracy standards. This role involves standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 100 pounds. Prior quality or inspection experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to maintain productivity while ensuring quality standards
- Functional understanding of warehouse components and finished products
- Prior quality or inspection experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including climate-controlled areas as well as warehouse or production floors where temperatures may range from extreme cold to extreme heat
- Technicians must be capable of standing or sitting for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours) on unpadded surfaces
- Employees must regularly lift, push, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- The ability to effectively use both hands and arms
