Job Summary
Warehouse Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, maintaining, handling, repackaging, and shipping materials within the warehouse according to written work instructions. The role supports production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. Key duties include receiving, handling, repackaging, and shipping materials; following detailed written and verbal instructions; maintaining production records; meeting production rates with quality standards; inspecting materials and finished products; troubleshooting and performing rework; identifying and tagging nonconforming materials; organizing and stocking materials; cleaning production areas; reporting safety or quality risks; working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment; training and rotating across multiple processes and work cells; and adhering to Bluegrass Core Values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior quality or inspection experience preferred
