Job Summary
Manage shipping and receiving processes by organizing the warehouse, tracking inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met. Perform duties including data tracking, reporting, and managing warranty and return processes while identifying workflow bottlenecks. Maintain clean, organized work areas free of debris to support efficient boat and vessel manufacturing operations. Work Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm. This role offers on-the-job training and a culture focused on quality and safety within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel
- Forklift certified
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. up and down stairs
- Lean / Process improvement basics
- Basic data tracking & reporting
- Inventory management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills like identifying bottlenecks in workflow and manage shipping errors or delays
- Strong understanding of warranty and return processes
- Eagerness to learn
