Verify production floor completion, investigate variances, and route Blue Sheets to Inventory Control or Shipping and receiving. Execute daily cycle counts, reconcile Standard Part Usage and Quality Defects reports weekly, and audit location changes. Enter part non-conformances, coordinate transport of engines and windshields to Kanban, and conduct inventory/material flow studies.
