Job Summary
Warehouse Teammate responsibilities include reading and interpreting customer orders and packing slips to determine items to move or assemble, selecting and packaging items for shipment, labeling materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will use computer systems for inventory and order processing, convey materials between receiving and storage, prepare parcels for shipment, and assist with cycle counts. The role requires lifting 50-75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, proficiency with basic computer/software tools, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Appleton, WI with a 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday schedule, starting wage of $17.50/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, and includes a $1,000 starting bonus and $2,400 annual bonus potential, along with benefits and opportunities for raises and time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- 1-3 months related experience required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and 75-100 pounds occasionally
- Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, RGAs; assemble and pack orders; verify materials; maintain inventory records; operate computer systems for inventory/ordering
