Job Summary
Perform warehouse inventory controls by processing requests, pulling materials, and placing items near the delivery area. Unload inbound freight, verify accuracy, and place stock in correct locations while optimizing space utilization. Safely operate forklifts following established driving standards, conducting daily pre-shift inspections to alert the Ops manager of any maintenance or mechanical issues. Maintain current certifications, logbooks, and documentation per DOT or WP protocols, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety throughout the working environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to operate forklift
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
