Job Summary
The Warehouse Team Member will operate forklift, pallet jack, and baler to move, store, and process materials; separate and categorize raw wares/textiles; maintain a clean, safe warehouse; assist with inventory counts; adhere to safety regulations; and perform other warehouse duties as directed. Requires reliable, detail-oriented performance, effective communication with the Logistics Coordinator, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Criminal background check required
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Experience operating a baler is preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification is preferred and any other relevant certifications
