Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations coordinating receiving, storing and dispatching of production materials; maintain accurate records of goods received and distributed, ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and on time; track and provide evidence of goods flow within the plant; update stock levels to Material Coordinators; support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy; liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment; assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR Two-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow processes and work within established guidelines
