Job Summary
Warehouse Team Leader role at Great Bear (Culina Group) based at the Deeside site. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring timely completion of warehouse activities, enforcing health and safety policies, monitoring team performance against targets and customer expectations, organizing coaching and development, reviewing methods for continuous improvement, providing feedback on performance, managing attendance and coverage, and contributing to problem-solving and efficiency improvements. Requires experience in a fast-paced warehouse, ability to motivate teams, teamwork and initiative, time management to hit daily targets, flexibility to cover shifts, strong investigative/problem-solving skills, and PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook). Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous
- Ability to motivate teams
- Experience working in fast paced warehouse environment
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns to cover for absence
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
- PC Literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
