Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise a team responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Drive a culture of accuracy and 'right first time' through precise inventory records, effective communication, and adherence to health and safety standards. Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and voice-picking/RDT devices; manage stock levels, inspections, and loading/unloading activities; promote continuous improvement and a positive, inclusive work environment. Training provided and role involves some manual handling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general warehousing
- familiarity with WMS platforms
- understanding of health and safety practices
