Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations by assigning tasks, conducting pre-shift huddles, and coaching associates on picking, packing, and shipping using ShipHero. Monitor productivity, enforce safety protocols, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS audits. Resolve operational discrepancies, coordinate with carriers, and ensure inbound receiving meets compliance standards. Maintain lean warehouse standards and support peak volume demands while driving on-time ship rates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift and/or reach truck license
- 1-2 years in warehousing or fulfillment operations
- at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Hands-on proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Comfortable with Asana, Slack, and Google Sheets for day-to-day task management and reporting
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, and develop a team on a busy fulfillment floor
- Strong focus on inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance with internal controls
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
