Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the daily workflow and productivity of warehouse staff under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff on processes, policies, and equipment; providing input on performance, attendance, safety, and quality; ensuring safety compliance and safe operation of warehouse equipment; upholding quality processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction; reviewing paperwork and data entry; fulfilling customer orders with accuracy; coordinating routine maintenance on equipment; keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and accessible; working with packaging engineers/designers to meet customer needs; coordinating and adjusting shift schedules to meet peak demand; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years’ experience as warehouse clerk required
- General fluency in English required, verbal and written
- Basic computer literacy required, prefer knowledge of MS Office
