Warehouse Team Lead - Receiving, Order Picking & Shipping

Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support a team of four associates responsible for receiving inbound inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, while monitoring productivity, quality, and safety through real-time coaching and a metric scorecard. Assign work based on daily priorities and staffing needs, assist with unloading and inspecting stock, verify inventory accuracy, and train new employees on procedures and safety expectations. Promote a clean, organized environment by enforcing OSHA guidelines and collaborate with leadership to improve processes. Operate Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- experience in receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, or distribution operations
- highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees and leadership
- ability to take ownership of results and proactively solve problems
- ability to use warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and basic computer applications
- ability to maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity
- ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping your team focused and engaged
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift products
- ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- ability to read shipping documents, inventory labels, and computer screens
- ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Must be available for Monday – Friday schedule
- Must be able to work 6:30am – 4:00pm shift
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to undergo background checks
