Job Summary
Ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of Finished Goods and Raw Materials while protecting assets through loss prevention measures. Monitor inventory levels, validate logistics documentation, and maintain internal controls under COSO methodology. Supervise daily operations, lead team development, and conduct performance evaluations. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with GEHSMS requirements, and collaborate with logistics and safety leaders to enhance audit scores. Requires a degree in Management or Engineering, 3–6 years of warehouse experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Solid computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure compliance with standards
