Job Summary
Lead and supervise warehouse staff by directing training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Oversee daily shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities while maintaining accurate records through cycle counts and MRP/ERP systems. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during incoming goods inspections. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize workflow efficiency, support 5S and LEAN initiatives, and monitor operational KPIs. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience
- at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Full Driver License
- Ability to drive Full Size Pick up and Trailer
