Warehouse Team Lead- Mid Shift

Job Summary
Lead and coach warehouse associates in a dynamic 3PL environment; train new warehouse staff and forklift drivers, conduct PIT training and certifications, and back up the supervisor as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing/shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, cycle counts, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (SQFI/FDA/DOT/IATA). Monitor performance, conduct observations, manage documentation (shipping/tracking labels), support inventory accuracy, and coordinate with leadership to improve processes. Key skills include leadership, problem-solving, safety consciousness, teamwork, and the ability to analyze daily production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
