Job Summary
Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise a team of warehouse associates, manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, enforce safety protocols, conduct inventory reconciliations, utilize WMS to track inventory and optimize workflows, train new team members, collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient logistics and customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification is a plus
