Job Summary
Warehouse Team Lead role overseeing inbound/outbound shipments, receiving, put-away, and overall warehouse operations to support manufacturing. Responsibilities include verifying manifests, ensuring right quantities and conditions, coordinating with internal departments, making timely deliveries, organizing space for efficiency, handling non-conforming material, and optimizing storage. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, leadership experience, SAP proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Travel occasionally; must wear PPE; preferred Associate's Degree and Six Sigma/Lean training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficiency using SAP
- Five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing within a Production Control environment
