Warehouse Team Lead

Conduct efficient warehousing and loader associate operations, ensuring high-quality loading and inventory standards. Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas while managing inventory, QA, shipping/receiving, equipment services, and branch maintenance. Select, hire, and train associates to operate and maintain equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Complete daily and period end cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory. Work closely with Route Operations to meet product and equipment needs on time. Demonstrate complete understanding of the loading/fleet area to maximize efficiencies and react quickly to new programs. Manage parts, supplies, and equipment used across all aspects of the position.
